Industrial Training
Introduction
The Student Industrial Training Department (JLIP) was established on 1 April 2019 under the Centre of Career Advancement and Alumni (PKKA) to support PKKA in matters related to student industrial training (LI). JLIP’s two primary functions are to manage the implementation of the student industrial training programme in an efficient and systematic manner, and to serve as the liaison between students and host companies throughout the training period.
The department is staffed by a Head of Department and two (2) Administrative Assistant (P/O), supported by Industrial Training Coordinators from nine (9) faculties in UTHM.
